Personal Information is the information required to allow you to operate within the site. Data refers to information of a financial nature that you enter into the application. 5) Credit Card Security
Your credit card details are never sent to the Company’s server, and hence are not stored. Instead they are sent in encrypted form to Stripe.com. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
6) Data Security
We understand that you’re concerned about the security and privacy of your online information. This is why we use Let’s Encrypt as our Certificate Authority. Let’s Encrypt has issued a SSL certificate which certifies your valuable data is encrypted when you interact with our site. All data passed between our web server and your browser remains private and secure.

7) Access to information
Most of the personal information is accessible via the ‘Edit User’ section of the application. This is only accessible with a valid Username and Password. Any requirements beyond that can be requested through the ‘Contact Us’ to address as required. Use this feature if you wish to have your personal information updated or removed.
8) Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Company reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Site.
9) Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint about the Company’s privacy practices we request that you first contact the Company with the details of your complaint at Contact Us. The Company undertakes that your complaint will be investigated diligently and our response provided to you as soon as reasonably practicable. However, you have the right to complain to the officer of the Privacy Commissioner within Australia either in the first instance or, if you feel the Company has not handled your complaint adequately.
